Because rs-radio's goal is to complete an order as quickly as possible, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order once it has been shipped. Cancellation of order
If the product has not started shipping, we will refund the full amount.

Out of stock goods

Packages are lost or missing
If you receive a shipping notice via email and do not find or receive an order, try:

Some carriers' delivery notices can be sent up to 24 hours before actual arrival. If you still can't find the package, please report it to us immediately. This allows the rs-radio team to assist you in filing your claim and send you a new package replacement.
